Well-Kept Life
The Seven Days
A walk through the foundations of conscious living
Seven ancient foundations. Seven days to meet them — one at a time. Each one a doorway you've already stood before. This time, you walk through.
The Framework
Everything you need has already been created.
The light. The water. The earth. The seasons. Life itself — spoken into existence before you arrived. Your role is not to manufacture your reality. It is to align with what has already been made.
This seven-day journey walks through the days of creation — not as a history lesson, but as a living map of how the universe is structured and how you were designed to move within it. Each day reveals a principle. Each principle is already at work in your life. Your only task is to see it, trust it, and step into it.
Not effort. Alignment. Not struggle. Faith.
Day One
“And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.” — Genesis 1:3–5
The Spoken Word
In the beginning was the Word — John 1:1
›
Day Two
“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” — Genesis 1:6–8
The Seeing Mind
As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he — Proverbs 23:7
›
Day Three
“And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day.” — Genesis 1:9–13
The Law of Return
Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap — Galatians 6:7
›
Day Four
“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.” — Genesis 1:14–19
The Faithful Imagination
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for — Hebrews 11:1
›
Day Five
“And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, after their kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.” — Genesis 1:20–23
The Still Small Voice
Be still, and know that I am God — Psalm 46:10
›
Day Six
“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over all the earth. So God created man in his own image; male and female created he them. And God blessed them. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.” — Genesis 1:26–31
The Open Hand
Give, and it shall be given unto you — Luke 6:38
›
Day Seven
“Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.” — Genesis 2:1–3
The Light That Remains
Ye are the light of the world — Matthew 5:14

The Foundation
These components are held in place
and executed on faith.
You do not have to build the framework. You do not have to earn the light, manufacture the seasons, or create life from nothing. That work is done. What remains is yours — to see it, to trust it, and to align your life with what has already been declared good.
Creation is not a metaphor. It is a map. And you are already inside it.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Hebrews 11:1
The seven days are not something you must complete in order. They are a framework you return to — again and again — as you grow into the full expression of what you were made to be.
What comes next

Seven days to prepare the soil. Now, a deeper conversation — one-on-one, verse by verse, at the pace of your own becoming.
