Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and use of products offered on well-keptlife.com, including The Well-Kept Nest e-book, its printable companion files, and reader access to the Well Kept Closet app. The site and products are operated by Amy J. Nielsen, doing business as TruEarther Publishing and Well-Kept Life (“we,” “us”). By making a purchase or using these products, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital products and delivery

Our e-book and printables are digital downloads. After payment is completed, you are taken to a download page and receive a receipt by email. Please save your file to your device once downloaded. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase, email book@well-keptlife.com and we will send it to you directly.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

3. Refund policy

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We will gladly help if something goes wrong: if your file will not download or open, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us within 30 days at book@well-keptlife.com and we will resend the file or refund the duplicate charge.

4. Personal use license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the materials for your own household use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, or reproduce the e-book or printables, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content, including text, illustrations, and cover art, is owned by TruEarther Publishing and protected by copyright.

5. Well Kept Closet app access

The Well Kept Closet app offers a free version with a limited number of saved outfits. Purchasers of The Well-Kept Nest receive expanded reader access. App features may change over time as the app is improved. Reader access is tied to your account and may not be transferred or shared.

6. Information only

Our materials share general home care, cleaning, and wellness information for educational purposes. They are not professional, medical, electrical, plumbing, or safety advice. Use care when handling cleaning ingredients, tools, or home repairs, follow product labels, and consult a qualified professional for anything beyond routine upkeep or for any health concern. You are responsible for how you use the information.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. The terms in place at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
